  2. It should not be damaged or have missing parts.
  3. You only need to submit the phone, battery and charger.
  4. Any 2G, 3G, 4G device will be accepted under the exchange offer.
  5. Handset that are locked to operator will not be accepted.
       Customers also pay Rs.594 for recharge plans. For Rs.99 per month and customers get unlimited voice calls and 0.5 GB data per day for 28 days. Customers also get 300 Sms/month with these Recharge. For Rs.594 (Rs.99*6 month=Rs.594). Jio offering this prepaid recharge for six months validity. Additionally Jio phone buyers also get extra 6 GB data voucher which adds the total data up to 90 GB for six months. But the condition is if you buy these offer then compulsorily you have to recharge for Rs. 594 for six months validity.

       Customers also get a new Jio sim with the new Jio phone. If you already have a old Jio sim number then you can also link your old Jio sim number to your new Jio sim through MNP(Mobile Number Portability)  system.
